[:id]umsida.ac.id – Lembaga Konsultan dan Bantuan Hukum (LKBH) Umsida gelar seminar Hukum (28/9). Bertajuk Dinamika penegakan hukum tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia, acara yang digelar di Aula Siti Khodijah kampus 3 Umsida ini menghadirkan Anshori, MH (Hakim Ad hoc tipikor) dan Lithfi J Kurniawan (10 besar Capim KPK). Acara yang diharidi oleh 150 orang Ini membahas Realitas dan dinamika penegakan hukum tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia.
Selanjutnya, para peserta juga diberi pelatihan paralegal guna menghasilkan kader penegak hukum dan pelayan hukum uang berintegritas dengan bekal keterampilan dasar yang profesional. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan hadirnya mahasiswa Umsida yang berintegritas, faham atas kondisi bangsanya serta memiliki kesadaran reflektif untuk bergerak dan menggerakkam pencerahan di lingkunganya.
Lebih lanjut, melalui kegiatan ini para peserta diharapkan mampi tampil untuk menjadi agen agen penggerak gerakan anti korupsi di Indonesia. Kepala Sekretariat Universitas dan Urusan Internasional Umsida Kumara Adji Kusuma, SFILL CIFP mengatakan, “Adapun harapan terbesar kami dari hasil pelatihan paralegal kali ini adalah hadirnya agen agen pelayanan bantuan hukum yang profesional guna membantu penegakan hukum dan bantuan hukum bagi mustadha’fin,” ujarnya. Ia juga berharap kedepannta hadir agen agen penyambung dakwah persyarikan dan jaringan advokasi di daerah daerah. The event which was attended by 150 people discussed the reality and dynamics of law enforcement on corruption in Indonesia.
Furthermore, the participants were also given paralegal training to produce law enforcement cadres and law enforcement officers with integrity with basic professional skills. Through this activity it is hoped that the presence of Umsida students with integrity, understanding of the condition of their people and having reflective awareness to move and mobilize enlightenment in their environment.
Furthermore, through this activity the participants are expected to be able to appear to be agents of the anti-corruption movement in Indonesia. Head of the University Secretariat and International Affairs Umsida Kumara Adji Kusuma, SFILL CIFP said, “As for our greatest hope from the results of the paralegal training this time is the presence of professional legal aid service agents to assist law enforcement and legal aid for mustadha’fin,” he said.
