[:id]umsida.ac.id – Dedikasi dan kontribusi selalu diberikan oleh mahasiswa Umsida dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas masyarakat. Sebuah bentuk kontribusi tersebut diberikan mahasiswa KKN-T 46 dengan memberikan pelatihan desain grafis dan sablon kaos pada masyarakat. Dengan mengangkat tema “Pengembangan Kreatifitas Masyarakat Guna Meningkatkan Perekonomin Desa Semambung”, pelatihan desain grafis dan sablon ini diharapkan akan membantu anggota karang taruna untuk mengembangkan usaha yang mereka miliki serta hasilnya dapat berguna bagi desa.
Berlokasi di Balai Desa Semambung kec. Jabon, kegiatan tersebut diikuti 15 peserta dari karang taruna setempat dan turut dihadiri pula oleh Kepala Seksi Pelayanan Desa, Sabtu, 24/08/2019). Pelatihan Desain Sablon Grafis terdapat dua sesi, yaitu Praktik desain grafis menggunakan aplikasi corel draw dan praktik sablon kaos. Praktik pensablonan kaos menggunakan metode sablon manual, ada 3 kaos yang disablon dengan menggunakan desain desa semambung.
Ketua Karang Taruna Desa Semambung, Wasis menuturkan, usaha sablon ini sudah ada sejak lama, namun terdapat kendala dalam usaha ini sehingga mereka belum bisa berkembang.
“Sebenarnya anggota karang taruna desa sudah punya usaha sablon sendiri. Untuk saat ini kita hanya memproduksi barang pesanan saja. Sebenarnya kita ingin punya icon atau logo buatan sendiri untuk dijual dipasar, akan tetapi kita terhalang di desain. Karena sebagian besar anggota karang taruna belum bisa desain grafis”, ungkap Wasis
Anggota Karang Taruna, Vina merasa senang dengan adanya pelatihan ini,
“saya merasa senang sudah diadakan pelatihan desain grafis seperti ini, sangat jarang sekali ada pelatihan yang seperti ini terutama teori dan praktik berjalan bareng. Jadi kita tidak dibuat bosan selama sesi materi karena bisa langsung praktik desain di laptop. Jadi pengalaman baru buat saya sama teman – teman karang taruna”, ujar Vina salah satu peserta pelatihan.
Salah satu mahasiswa KKN-T 46, Frindy Pratama mempunyai kesan tersendiri dari terlaksananya kegiatan ini,
“saya senang bisa berbagi ilmu , setidaknya apa yang sudah saya pelajari dibangku kuliah dapat saya terapkan langsung di masyarakat,” pungkas Frindy (rizky)

A form of contribution was given by students of KKN-T 46 by providing graphic design and t-shirt printing training to the community. With the theme “Developing Community Creativity in Increasing Semambung Village Economist”, this graphic design and screen printing training is expected to help youth members to develop their businesses and the results can be useful for the village.
Located in Semambung Village Hall, kec. Jabon, the activity was attended by 15 participants from the local youth group and was also attended by the Head of the Village Services Section, Saturday, 08/24/2019). There are two sessions in the Graphic Screen Printing Design: Graphic Design Practice using corel draw applications and t-shirt screen printing practices. The practice of screen printing t-shirts using the manual screen printing method, there are 3 shirts that are screened using a continuous village design.
Karang Taruna Village Chairperson of Semambung Village, Wasis said, this screen printing business had been around a long time, but there were obstacles in this business so they could not yet develop.
“Actually, members of the village youth group already have their own screen printing business. For now we only produce ordered items. Actually we want to have a homemade icon or logo to sell in the market, but we are hindered in the design. Because most members of the youth group are not able to graphic designs, “said Wasis
“I feel happy that there has been a graphic design training like this, very rarely there is training like this, especially the theory and practice of going together. So we are not bored during the material session because we can directly practice design on laptops. So a new experience for me with my youth group, “said Vina, one of the trainees.
One of the KKN-T 46 students, Frindy Pratama, had a distinct impression from the implementation of this activity,
