[:id]umsida.ac.id-UKM jujitsu lagi-lagi mengharumkan Umsida lewat kejuaraan jujitsu Unesa open XII antar dojo se Indonesia di Kaza City Mall Surabaya yang berlansung selama 3 hari yakni 6 hingga 8 september 2019. Dalam kejuaraan kali ini UKM jujitsu mengirimkan 5 atlet andalannya untuk bersaing dengan 283 atlet dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia.
Dengan bangga Maretha Lindha M.T Fakultas Psikologi dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FPIP) berhasil menyabet juara 1 Amatir Kelas A dan juara 3 newaza kelas A, selanjutnya Rifka Hidayanti FPIP juga berhasil meraih juara 1 Newaza Kelas A dan Juara 1 Reguler Kelas A, serta M. Khoiyir Mubarok Fakuktas Sains dan Teknologi yang juga berhasil raih juara 3 Amatir Putra Kelas C. Hal Ini membuktikan bahwa Umsida memiliki daya saing yang tidak diragukan lagi dikancah nasional
“Ada beberapa hal yang memang perlu dipersiapkan, mulai dari latihan dengan tekun dan semangat, selalu optimis mendapatkan juara, selalu menambah materi-materi ketika latihan, dan yang terpenting jangan putus asa untuk apa yang kita dapat saat ini agar terus berlatih semaksimal mungkin,” ujar Mareta Lindha MT.
